We encourage guests to bring two towels per person per visit. Not having a dedicated towel service helps keep our admission and laundry costs down.

Package 1:
3 Day Forest Bathing with Sauna + Hot Tub All Access
This package includes 3 days of camping, group brunch, catered sauna snacks. Morning and evening sauna + cold plunge sessions, as well as a variety of mini sessions such as: breathwork, cob & natural building demos, whisking treatments, and off-grid wood fired pizza making.
Package 2:
3 Day Whisking Intensive Workshop + Forest Bathing with Sauna/Spa All-Access
3 days of all in Package 1, with the addition of a 16 hour whisking intensive. 8 hours of classroom demos, small group in sauna active whisking sessions, and down time to practicing their whisking techniques on volunteers
A 1 day experience of Package 1 + overnight camping
