To get the most from your session — and to help the space flow — we recommend the classic hot/cold/rest cycle:
Step 1 — Heat
Sauna for 10–20 minutes (or less if your body tells you so!)
Step 2 — Cold
Use the cold plunge briefly to cool your body, slow your breath, and reset your system.
Step 3 — Rest
Relax in the garden lounge, social salon, or a quiet corner until your heart rate normalizes.
Repeat
Move at your own pace. The goal is not endurance — it’s listening.
